Here is a custom maple entry table that features a cherry waterfall runner inlay bordered by some fine walnut and jatoba. The curved tails of the cherry inlay really make it look like a fabric runner, and it even sits slightly higher than the table top to drive the effect home. This is custom woodwork at it’s best and a piece of furniture that is worthy of some admiring.
